Social Media template

I'm using a template to post on social media, but it isn't working well. When I post, the post itself is closed and you have to click a link to read the post. Perhaps I'm using the wrong template or my picture is too large, not sure. Can you suggest how I can find a template that is open when posted? Hope it makes sense.

Can you elaborate more on what "template" you're using for the social post? Is it a template we've provided or are you referring to the process of setting up an email's social share?
